Broken hearts get lonely,
misery loves the rain
Bloody hearts are only,
pleas to kill the pain
Broken hands, holding in the rain,
fingers around fingers,
roots around roots
Ivies meticulously dancing,
through the keyholes and cobwebs,
of an old, abandoned greenhouse
August meadow, long grass waves,
grasshoppers leap to my arrival
Broken panes twinkle,
luring deeper, calling closer
Ivies take my hand, dancing me,
to the old, abandoned greenhouse
Broken hearts are storming,
teardrops flood the shores
Bloody hearts are beating,
on broken greenhouse doors
Alone, surrounded by shivers,
in a very old place, a very old time
Standing in the Courtyard of Ivies,
amid the Dance of Broken Hearts
Angel hair tangles, Marigold eyes,
wild Rose petals, pout and preen
Sunflowers bow low, to the ladies,
Daisies blush in virginal white
Forever entwined in sunshine,
dewdrops cry in the rain
Moving to endless symphonies,
of buzzing bees and butterflies
Sweet winds always carry me home,
to the old, abandoned greenhouse
Broken hearts get lonely,
flowers love the rain
Teardrops are only,
a plea to kill the pain
