Raja's Insight 
Parenthood is a beautiful and fulfilling experience, for most. Given the graveness of todayâs political and economic uncertainty, it is easy to fear committing to investing in future generations. In this vain, our poem acknowledges the sanctity of parenthood in all its responsibilities.
Title: Parenting
The unborn
an unexpressed yearning
potency, brewing and stewing
not knowing what state the world might be.
And yet, there are two
joining in a quest
bringing a freshness of breath
into a tired world, unable and weary
to weave tomorrowâs dream.
There is a seed needing to be sown
a womb waiting to birth and rekindle
humanityâs worth.
as it strikes its balance between taking and giving.
Parenting is a selfless gift
allowing our world
to continue on
living.
