The silent friend, though far away,
To hear his voice, in winds that sway.
The winds that talk, with pens and thoughts,
To share in words a friend in luck.
A silent friend in refuge sought,
That summer still, dismay and cuffed;
With words he helped for death she longed,
But winds whispered his comfort song.
Oh silent friend she still can hear,
Those winds that brought his presence near;
She had sunk low; her fears were real
Oh silent friend, he sensed her tears.
