~ Holistic Healing ~

I arose with the morning sun
ready to experience the land
take its first early morning breath

Crisp invigorating fresh air
Birds singing to one another
The hum of gnats can be heard

I walk in silence
following the dirt trail
Prepared to release and let go

In the meadow ahead
I can see the hot springs
Steam slowly lifting above the water

As I approach the Meditation Pool
I am clear in my thoughts and intentions
I enter the space holding gratitude

My clothes are shed
I go into the pool naked
Ready to receive this healing

The water soothing and warm
My feet grounded in the soft sand
Nature and me hand in hand

I close my eyes and go into reflection
Feeling the waters healing intentions
I relax and let go…
