Shrouded in secrecy for the sake of support
Clouded by the underbrush; the adversary awaits in this blood sport
Fueled by the fear mongers
Once considered allies are now the conquerors
Apocalyptic visions dancing in the head
Yesterday is history yet tomorrow is the mystery they seem to dread
Masters of cryptic metaphors
Unwarranted in kicking the doors
Of the oppressed
Has a nation stressed
Trying to calm it
By harming it
How long will the mind take to figure out to decode and detach
Doublespeak hitting the airwaves; another seed of negativity just hatched
