Raja's Insight 
panic attacks
when it is o dark hundred
the witching hour
dark imaginings
wild things
come out
haunting my sleep
taunting me
causing me
to have a full blown
Panic attack
and I imagine
everything that could go wrong
all the proverbial bumps in the night
all the dire consequences
of my pitiful existence
all lined up
to judge me
and so I go through
yet another night
of sleeplessness
tossing and turning
running from the wild things
having a panic attack
then the dawn comes
and my wife wakes up
and all is well
until the next night
when the panic comes back
