With each in breath I imagine our compassion growing, like a glowing ember being blown upon so that its brightness and intensity steadily increases.

Inhale…. I think “May you be free from suffering.” May I take all of your suffering and negativity upon myself right now.

With each out breath, I imagine our love growing, again like a glowing ember growing in brightness and intensity.

Exhale…. I think “May you be happy. May you find true and lasting happiness. May you find inner peace.”

With each round of breath my visualization and intention Is so strong in faith, I AM creating the causes for these wishes to be accomplished.
