Looking up to the heavens above,

I put my hands up and praise the almighty for his love

You guide me through the storms,

And fight my battles when I am weak.

By the grace of you,

I conquered opportunities that you placed in front of me.

You gave me courage when I was afraid to speak

Without your guiding light,

I couldn’t of made it this far.

As you, continue to guide me through

I shall not be alone in the shadows

For you are my shield;

My guiding light.
