Feeling and hugging the joy of life
and the promise of moments yet to be
Then It Comes
With the sudden and swiftness of melancholy clouds
No understanding of why
Hope and love was part of where I was heading
Fullness of my life filling with people yet to meet and
places I have yet to explore
Uplifting to heights where the air is light
Every breath pulled hard to fill me
Then It Comes
Reaching it grabs and tries to dislodge the core
of me
Not prepared to fight right now
So I remain still to listen
To a voice that stands with me
When It Comes
