Tools by Donna J. Sanders

A lost chest

buried beneath brick and mortar

reveal a rotting book

a rusty fountain pen

treasures to some

tools to others

utilized for words

embedded in history

a fairy-tale

or maybe a personal journal

but the pages are so delicate

the story remains concealed
