Excerpt from “Path To Serenity” by Author Isaiah Barber
V, Oceans View
I had the pleasure in meeting a wonderful woman. Her beauty penetrated my very heart. As I gaze into her eyes, a part of me dies. Itâs an unusual feeling because I feel my heart healing. Such sparkle lights up the night sky and I feel as if I could fly O so high.
I was told that magic wasnât true, but now I know that magic lies in you. You are a woman full of magic, because my heart is no longer sick. When Iâm with you, I see the healing come down from heaven. No matter what struggle Iâm in, I just think of this woman. I think of you when Iâm feeling down and it turns my frown upside down.
I canât help but wonder why and then I realized; you were my surprise. I didnât expect this but it happened, and Iâm so glad it did. I thought I wouldnât like this feeling, and if I said I didnât, Iâd be lying. Not sure what to make of all this, but one thing I do know, when Iâm with you and I gaze into your eyes
They are my oceans view.
