Mind is flooded with the wave of thoughts
The imagery is playing like a cinematic action movie
Artist’s brains function in such a different way
People enjoy but cannot understand how we got to the destination
Everything our senses glean brings something to the creativity
The “hate” comes from so many sources, too much to record here
Because we believe in our dreams we are not perturbed
We can “see” it when others won’t
This is to attempt to explain the idiosyncrasies
of the inner working of creativity
The genre does not matter-for it’s true for everyone in artistry
In various degrees but it does burn and fuel
our passion and drives our lives
Continually searching for perfection
that can never be attained but always reached for
Just having the desire to have what is being done resonate with others
For the connection to people is one of the many secrets the lives within us
That is to be revealed without shame
Afraid but excited as to how it will be received
Sharing a piece of you-not easily-but a price that is gladly paid
So asking that you respect and seek to peer inside the mind of an artist
You may learn something about you that was never “new”
