Monotone
Fogs the day
Rendering our limbs
Spoiled, dormant and dull
Our dreams
Are grey and faint
Worrisome and far
Coursing
With pitiful despair
Our truthful roads
Now weave
Through shades of white
To wander
Unyielding and frayed
