If the chicken is dry

drown it in a tropical marinade

If the steak lacks flavor

a remoulade dip would suffice

If your fish needs a kick

zest with a chipotle tartar

If the turkey sandwich weeps

wake it with aioli flames

Every food needs

a little compliment

Bring them to life

with simple condiments
