Ejection distant thunder
chase away from me
my tears.
Your seizure must place
all secrets under arrest.
Blood ties fail safe plans
to be fed by mongrels.
Survival defiance on brigade,
fire on crystalline waters
be divine by call of the lion.
Shattered heart blistered
up by outraged flames burns
through silk linens.
Causal effect, savage
darkness overrides a lost
soul drowning in convulsions.
Life conquers a progression,
psyche drives across impalement
to a mysterious stranger
on the run from caloric
binges not fueled by
love’s erasure to deplete
wounds, and diminish wits.
Bar the gold shield
across my soul, and
drive out all illusion
rushing out the door.
