Chestnut roasting’s sold to a serviceman;
Something truly earthly he can quantify.

Chestnut roasting’s placed into a paper bag
Chestnut roasting’s nothing like them in japan
Come buy them, come buy them, by the kilogram.

Chestnut roasting’s on an autumn’s night
Chestnut roasting’s under, moonlight
Chestnut roasting’s come & eats some tonight.
