That moment in the air.
Weightless but
Vulnerable
Flying but
Falling
Accelerated but
Lingering
As if you have the chance
To ponder
Every dark demon
That may lurk beneath the surface
Before the crash.
Violent but
Refreshing
The cool splash of water
And the warm buzz
Of remaining alive.
