I once asked myself
If there was something that canât be found
To which I could supply no answer.
To the brink of life and death I asked
This question, which they couldnât answer.
This same question I put before
The crystals that mantled the mountains
Which was to them a riddle unsolved.
âIs there something that canât be found?â
This question couldnât be answered by
The base of the ocean floor, even
The endless stretch of time, space and
Quantities, only unaffected
By finite variations;
The answer Iâm told is got
When I reach where two lines parallel meet.
