I extend my hand to you
Hoping for the right fit
As you fingers slide between mine
In the holding hand commitment

We hold each other’s hands
As we walk down the street
Smiles on our faces
Interlocked finger embraces

Loving this feeling
Of holding on to you
You make me feel so happy
In simply being you

Hoping to hold your hand
Each and every day
I wonder if you are the one
That will steal my heart away?

And so I let down these walls
And I offer you my hand
Giving you my heart…
While reaching for your hand.
